Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026. This policy explains what information Lumoron may receive when you email us or visit lumoron.com, and how it is used.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the website lumoron.com, operated by Lumoron. It does not apply to third-party websites you visit through links on this site, including seller websites, which operate under their own privacy policies.

2. Information you send us voluntarily

If you email restmail@lumoron.com, we receive the information you choose to include: your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message and attachments. We use it only to read, investigate and reply to your message, and to keep a record of corrections and requests. Please do not send health information, medical records or payment details.

3. Technical, log and analytics information

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics infrastructure may automatically record standard technical information, such as:

  • IP address and approximate region derived from it
  • Browser type, operating system, device type and screen size
  • Pages requested, referring page, date and time of the request
  • Error and security logs used to keep the site available

This information is used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding aggregate traffic patterns. It is not used to serve different core page content to different visitors, and it is never used to redirect visitors based on their location, device or referrer.

4. Google advertising and analytics tags

This site may use Google Analytics and, where applicable, Google advertising tags. These services may set cookies or similar identifiers and may process technical information such as IP address and browsing activity on this site, in accordance with Google’s own privacy policy and terms. Where we run such tags, they are used for aggregate measurement and campaign reporting.

5. Affiliate tracking parameters

Affiliate links on this site may include tracking parameters or set a cookie so that the seller or affiliate network can attribute a qualifying purchase to Lumoron. This attribution normally confirms that a referral occurred; it does not give Lumoron access to your payment details, and we do not receive your card information at any time.

6. Cookies and consent

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Essential cookies keep the site working; analytics and advertising cookies help measure traffic and campaigns. Where consent is required by applicable law, non-essential cookies are used only after consent is given, and consent can be withdrawn at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may then behave differently.

7. Links to third-party websites

Our pages link to third-party websites, including sellers. Once you follow a link, you are on that company’s website and subject to its privacy policy, cookie practices and terms. Lumoron does not control and is not responsible for the data practices of third parties.

8. Retention and security

Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was sent, for record-keeping about corrections, or as required by applicable law. Server logs are retained for a limited period. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we do not claim any privacy compliance certification or seal.

9. Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email restmail@lumoron.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your request before acting on it.

11. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology or applicable law. The revised version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
