Orders, billing, shipping and refunds
Lumoron does not sell products, take orders or process payments. Orders, billing, shipping, delivery status, cancellations, returns, refunds and product customer support are handled entirely by the third-party seller you purchased from — not by Lumoron.
For those matters, please contact the seller directly using the contact details on their website, in your order confirmation email, or on your receipt.
Content corrections
To report an error or an outdated detail on a Lumoron page, email us and include:
- The page address (URL) where you saw the information.
- The exact wording or section you believe is incorrect.
- What you believe the accurate information is, and a public source if you have one.
We review correction requests and update pages where a change is warranted. We will not publish promotional claims on request.
Privacy requests
To ask a question about this site's privacy practices, or to request access to or deletion of correspondence you have sent us, email restmail@lumoron.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. Describe your request in general terms only; please do not include sensitive personal data in your message.
Media and general enquiries
Editorial questions, partnership questions and general enquiries can be sent to the same address. We do not accept paid placements dressed up as editorial content.
